petitioner himself withdrew the said petition being well aware about its non-maintainability on the date of passing of the order dated 24.12.2019 itself. He submits that the competent authority had not made any averment or contention that due process would be initiated after withdrawal of the petition. He submits that the petitioner has not participated in the NIT as his offer was not considered . In view of the above, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that since there is no substance in this petition, the same may be dismissed.
