being run since 1980 in the name of Shrinagar Jewelers and he has a property of 1,000 sq.ft at Ratanpur and 1600 sq.ft, at Ganga Nagar, Bilaspur also wherein a double storey building was constructed. NonApplicants No.2 & 3 are the brothers of the Applicant and are residing in the property of Ratanpur and as Non-Applicant No.1/father has filed an application for maintenance stating that his sons are not taking care of him and his wife properly after getting the property from them, therefore, he was granted maintenance to the tune of Rs.60,000/- i.e. Rs.20,000/- from each son. After adducing evidence from both sides, as Non-Applicant No.1/father has stated in his deposition that one of his sons namely Bharat Bhushan Soni/Applicant No.3 does not have any income, therefore, the claim against him was waived off and after appreciation of the evidence, the impugned order has been passed whereby, the present Applicant and his another brother i.e. Non-Applicant No.2-Shashi Bhushan were directed to pay maintenance to their father to the the tune of Rs.9,000/- each per month against which, this Revision has been preferred.
