Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the organization – CEDMAP has closed its functions in the State of Chhattisgarh, however, it is still functioning in the State of Madhya Pradesh. He would submit that the petitioner has been accommodated in the organisation situated in the State of Madhya Pradesh. He would further submits that since the respondents were not aware about the order(s) passed by this Court, notice has been issued. However, when this fact came to the notice of the concerned authorities, they have kept the order

in abeyance immediately and they are willing to absorb the services of the petitioner in the State of Madhya Pradesh in the same status in which his services were taken, till the finalisation of the writ petition.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the respondents, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

In view of the above, the contempt has already been purged. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court as and when occasion so arises.
