1. Today, despite repeated calls, neither appellant is present not any representation is made on behalf of appellant. On the last date of hearing also i.e. 4-7-2023, no representation was made on behalf of the appellant. In these circumstance, this Court is left with no option except to dismiss the acquittal appeal for want of prosecution.
2. Therefore, this acquittal appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
