2. The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
“ 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to
call for entire records concerning the present construction and present report of the land which is a government land.
10.2. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the representation made by the petitioner and further be pleased to direct to remove the encroachment from the government land bearing Khasra No. 74/1 admeasuring area 79.029 H., situated at Village Ratakhar Korba, P.H.N. 9, R.N. Korba (01), Tahsil and District- Korba (C.G.), in the interest of justice.
10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to enquire the matter and pass

the appropriate order within a period of 1 months.
