1. The present is an Application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C seeking for grant of bail to the Applicant who is in jail since 30.10.2021 in connection with Crime No.449/2021 registered at Police Station Tikrapara, District Raipur, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 452 read with Section 34 of I.P.C.
2. Learned Counsel for Applicant prays for withdrawal of the present Application as of now with a liberty to revive the same after the material witnesses are examined.
