	The present petition has been filed under Section 378(4) of the Cr.P.C. seeking leave to appeal against the judgment dated 07.02.2022 passed in Criminal Appeal No.83/2019, whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge, while reversing the judgment dated 18.11.2019 passed in Criminal Case No.1584/2016 by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kawardha, District Kabirdham (C.G.), has dismissed the Complaint Petition. After examining the aforesaid judgment impugned, I am inclined to allow this petition. The petition is accordingly allowed and the petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal against the aforesaid impugned judgment. CRMP, thus, stands disposed of. Registry is directed to register the case as a regular appeal under the head “Acquittal Appeal” and list the matter thereafter for its admission. Sd/-
