Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against the private respondents charge-sheet has been filed for offence under Section 498(A)/34 of the IPC and Sections 4 & 5 of the Chhattisgarh Tonahi Pratadna Nivaran Act, 2005, whereas material for offence under Section 307 of the IPC has also available against the private respondents but they have not been charge sheeted for that offence.

2. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to invite attention of the jurisdictional Criminal Court that appropriate material is

available on record against the private
respondents for offence under Section 307 of
the IPC, which will be considered by the
jurisdictional Criminal Court strictly in
accordance with law at the appropriate time.
