Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that he do not want to press this petition and seeks to withdraw the same with liberty to raise grounds if occasion so arises in future. As prayed, this writ petition is dimissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that as per the advertisement dated 21.06.2019, 9 ponds are going to be auctioned on 08.07.2019. He submits that for grant of lease to the aforesaid ponds, the respondent Nagar Palika, Sakti be directed to follow the existing policy of the State whereby the |
| qualified preference is to be given to certain Societies. It is expected that Nagar Palika Sakti shall follow the existing policy of the State for grant of ponds and the same shall be adhered to for leasing out the pond as per the advertisement dated 21.06.2016. |
