From the affidavit which have been filed on behalf of Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 5, it is evident that the issue raised in the PIL has been taken note of by various agencies not only of the State, but even the Central Government. It is evident that all the agencies or authorities are examining the matter from various angels and there is no occasion to reach a conclusion that all those persons who would be required to be put through a legal process, would not be done.

The matter is disposed off with a direction upon all the law enforcement agencies and authorities that they will complete the exercise of enquiry / investigation and act in accordance with law within a reasonable time frame.
