1. None appears when the matter was called. Even on earlier occasion, on 13.08.2018, there was none on behalf of the Petitioner. Counsel for the Railways and State were however present and the matter was adjourned by another two weeks. On call, the same situation prevails. It seems that the Petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the matter.
2. In view of the above, the writ application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
