(1) This writ petition has been filed against the show cause notice 31.08.2017 issued by Director, Estate & Competent Prescribed Officer under Lok Parisar Bedakhli Adhiyam, 1974.

(2) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the order imugned is bad

and unsustainable in law, which is liable to be dismissed.

(3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and

perused the order impugned with utmost circumsection.

(4) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file reply to the show cause notice issued by Director, Estate & Competent Prescribed Officer under Lok Parisar Bedakhli Adhiniyam, 1974 on or before 27^th September, 2017 and in turn the authority concerned shall consdier and decide the same on or before 27.10.2017 and passed reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.

(5) The respondents authorities will proceed for eviction only after final order is passed.

(6) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
