(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the ex-parte interim order dated 07.09.2017 has been passed by the Additional Commissioner while entertaining the appeal.

(2) On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents would oppose the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
(3) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the impugned order.
(4) Be that as it may, the Additional Commissioner, Bilaspur is directed to hear and decide the appeal and also on the question of interim order and to pass bi parte order expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
