2 . At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant Writ Petition (227) with liberty to file a written statement before the Court below, if not already filed and after formulation of all the issues required under the law including the issues in relation to the present matter; she may pray before the Court below to hear the issues as preliminary or otherwise and after hearing, the Court below may dispose of those issues including the issues in the instant writ petition. She further prays that if any issue is required to be heard as preliminary issue, the impugned order dated 24.4.2015 shall not come in the way for appreciation of those issues.
3 . Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner.
