(2) The applicant has filed this application for correction/modification in order dated 19.08.2016 passed in MCC No.606/2016.
(3) Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that in para-5 of the order dated 19.08.2016, S.A. No.233 of 2014 has been mentioned whereas, it is S.A. No.433 of 2015 and therefore, same may be corrected.
(4) In view of above, it is directed that in place of S.A. No.233 of 2014 it be read as S.A. No.433 of 2015 in order dated 19.08.2016 passed in MCC No.606/2016. Other contents of order dated 19.08.2016 shall remain intact.
(6) Certified copy as per rules.
