Parties file a compromise petition. The terms are just. We hereby record the compromise and pass an award in terms of compromise, and order that respondent No.3, The Choia Mandaiam MS. General insurance ,Company shall pay to appellants a sum of Rs. 1,40,000/— in words (One lakh forty thousand only) by way of compensation in addition to the amount already paid/awarded by the claims tribunal within a period of two months from today, failing which interest @ 9% per^annum will be recoverable, till the date of realization.
