We hereby record the compromise and pass an award in terms of compromise, and order that respondent No.3, The Cholamandalam General Insurance Company shall pay to appellants a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- in words (Three lakh only) by way of compensation in addition to the amount already paid/awarded by the claims tribunal within a period of two months from today, failing which interest @ 9% per annum will be recoverable, till the date of realization.
