(1) It is brought to the notice of this Lok Adalat, as stated in compromise petition, that deceased-employee (father of respondents No.3 to 6 and husband of respondent No.l) has expired during pendency of the application before the Labour Court and m compliance of the order of the Labour Court and Industrial Court, the petitioner and the respondents have arrived at an agreement, according to which, the petitioner, through cheques dated 27.08.15 and 30.09.15, paid full & final payment of back-wages amounting to Rs.9,62,087/to the legal representatives of deceased-employee. On these premises, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
(2) Permission granted.
(3) Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
