(1) The parties have filed compromise petition.

(2) By way of compromise, both the parties, the petitioner and the respondent^~ Corporation, have agreed that the petitioner, namely Rajesh Kumar Agrawal shall be given reinstatement in service without back—wages which is acceptable to the petitioner.

(‘3) Both^the parties^{tothedisputehavealsoagreeduponthattheyshallnot} challenge the order of reinstatement of the petitioner and the petitioner, in turn, shall also not challenge the non-granting of back—wages, before any forum or Court of Law.

(4) In View of compromise entered into between the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of and the orders dated 07-03-2002 passed by the Industrial

Court, Raipur in Appeal No. 260 & 263/MPIR/90 and order dated 13.03.2002 passed by M.P. State Road Transport, Raipur are hereby set aside. The petitioner shall be reinstated in service without back-wages.

(5) It is also brought to the notice of the Forum that the petitioner is already in employment by Virtue of interim order passed by the High Court on 20.01.2004. Therefore, the period of service shall also be taken into consideration g; for computing the length of service of the petitioner.
