The contesting parties to this petition have amicably settled/compromised the dispute, which is subject matter of this petition voluntarily. We have also found that the terms and conditions of compromise/settlement arrived at between the contesting parties are just, proper and legal and hence are acceptable, we accordingly accept the compromise/settlement, proposed by the parties.
The petitioner, through this petition, has raised the dispute in respect of not making proper fixation towards GPF Head payable to him. Subsequently, the matter was referred to the Retiral Dues Committee who had reached to the conclusion that he is entitled for the same. AS per the said Committee, the petitioner has been paid an additional amount of Rs.19,136/- and he is now satisfied with the claim amount settled by the State Government.
In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of.
