In the instant petition, the petitioner/Corporation and respondent No.l/employee have entered into a settlement on account of which, petitioner/Corporation^{agreeduponretainingtherespondentNo.1asa} regular employee of the corporation on a condition that the employee in turn shall forgo his claim for back wages.

Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of on the assurance given by the Department for providing regular employment to the respondent No.1, Ihe instant petition is disposed of.
