(2) At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly and fairly submit that the issue involved herein has already been considered and decided by the Division Bench of this Court in Chhattisgarh Rajya Panchayat Vaikalpik Shikshak Sangh and others v. The State of Chhattisgarh and others (W.P. No.173l of 2005 {decided on 11.08.2010} ) and other connected matters wherein on the submission of learned Additional Advocate

General, the Court disposed of the writ petitions with a direction to take decision as expeditiously as possible and these petitions may also be disposediof in View of the above observations made by the Division Bench of this Court in Chhattisgarh Rajya Panchayat Vaikalpik Shikshak Sangh (supra).
