With the consent df leamed counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

The present case pertains to the retiral dues of the petitioner.

¶36

Shri Yashwant Singh Thakur, Dy. A.G. submits that the State Govemment has already constituted a High Power Retiral Dues Committee and the said Committee is duly empowered to consider the cases like that of the petitioner.

Let the petitioner file a representation to the said Committee or to make a request to the office of the Advocate General along with copy of the writ petition for forwarding the same to the Committee. Let this be done within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of this order.

On this being done, the Committee shall issue notice to the petitioner and officers concemed within a further period of 15 days. The Committee shall consider and pass order in accordance with law after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The petitioner and the officers concemed may file additional documents, if necessary. The entire exercise includinj payment of retrial dues, if any, to the petitioner, be completed within a period of four months from tbe date of receipt of copy of this order.
