The learned advocate for the petitioner submits to obtain the documents under Section 207 from the learned trial court and thereafter agitate is grievance before the court prior to the filing of charges.
Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the relevant points before the learned trial court.
