The report filed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Sealdah, South 24 Parganas through the District Judge, South 24 Parganas stated that the G. R. Case No. 1634 of 2012 was disposed of on 29.01.2021 and the accused persons have been acquitted under Section 248(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Let the said report be kept on record.
Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.
