The writ petition assails the letter impugned dated May 31, 2023. The State respondents produce a letter issued by the Joint Transport Commissioner, State Transport Authority, Jharkhand to the Secretary, State Transport Authority, West Bengal on December 07, 2023 which demonstrates that the letter dated May 31, 2023 has been recalled and operation of the vehicles allowed accordingly.
The letter dated December 07, 2023 is taken on record.
In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
There shall be, however, no order as to costs.
