The issue involved in the instant criminal revision has already been decided by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 9th April, 2021 in CRR 1600 of 2013 (S.S.Binu Vs. State of West Bengal) and other related matters.
Therefore, I do not find any merit in the instant revision and, accordingly, the instant revision is dismissed.
