This appeal is directed against the interlocutory order of the learned single Judge dated 16th April, 2015 passed in W.P. 8057(W) of 2015.
It has been brought to the notice of this Court that subsequently by an order dated 3rd May, 2016 the said writ petition itself has been dismissed for want of prosecution.
On account of the subsequent development, nothing survives in this appeal, which is accordingly dismissed.
