Re: WPCRC 47 of 2020 .
The Affidavits of Compliance on behalf of the contemnor nos. 1 to 4 and contemnor no.5 are taken on record.
It appears from the affidavit filed by the alleged contemnor nos. 1 to 4 that the contemnors have disbursed a total amount of Rs.60,42,640/- in favour of the petitioner in compliance of the order dated 24th December, 2019. The summarised list of payments made under specific heads to Dr. Ghorai is also annexed to the Affidavit of Compliance.
In view of the compliance, although belated, we accept the unconditional apology tendered on behalf the alleged contemnor nos. 1 to 4 and discharged the Rule.
We make it clear that this payment is subject to the result of the review applications filed by the alleged contemnors.
It is submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor no.5 that the said contemnor has been recently transferred. This affidavit has been affirmed by Deputy Account General (Pension).
In view of the explanation offered for delay in processing the

pension papers, we accept the unconditional apology tendered on behalf of the contemnor no.5 and the Rule stands discharged.
WPCRC 47 of 2020 is accordingly disposed of.
Re: RVW 95/2020, RVW 96/2020, RVW 97/2020 and RVW 98/2020.
These review applications are to be heard analogously and
shall be listed one week after the Christmas Vacation.
