Inadvertent typographical error had crept in the order dated 20.11.2020.
In the 4th paragraph of the first page of the said order the words, “learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas” be read as “learned Additional District Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 4th Court, Alipore”.
Other portions of the order shall remain the same.
Department shall make necessary corrections in the order.
The application being CRAN No.1 of 2020 is disposed of.
Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties
upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
