Mr. Akhilesh Dubey, the learned counsel for the petitioner in the PIL petition tenders a copy of the agenda dated 10^th February 2026 in respect of the First General Body Meeting of the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation to be held on 20^th February 2026 and states that in view of the Agenda No.22, this PIL petition has been rendered infructuous and the petitioner-NGO shall espouse the cause of the people in the neighbourhood to have sufficient and additional playground, if necessary.
