Respondents directed to intimate the Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited (CIBIL) of this order to update the Petitioners' CIBIL Report from wilful defaulters to normal account. Respondents to carry out a de-novo hearing preceded by a fresh Show Cause Notice and pass a fresh order within eight weeks, considering all materials relied upon by the Petitioners including the documents enclosed with the communication dated 19th June 2023.
