1. Mr. Kachare, counsel for the Petitioner, submits that the present Interim Application is filed, for dispensation with the requisition. He submits that in the Testamentary Petition No. 3444 of 2024 on 07 January 2025, an order was passed by the Single Judge of this Court, thereby noting the remark made by the Testamentary Registrar on 18 December 2024. He submits that dispensation with the requisition was not permitted as the Interim Application was not filed. Hence, the present Interim Application is filed seeking dispensation with the requisition.

2. I have heard counsel appearing for the Petitioner and I have gone through the documents on record. I am satisfied that the case is made out to allow the present Interim Application.

3. Interim Application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause “b”, which reads as under:-

“b) This Hon’ble Court be pleased to allow the Petitioner to issue Public Notice in two regional newspapers;”

4. Public Notice be issued in two regional newspapers within a period

of six weeks from today.

5. Reverification is dispensed with.

6. The Interim Application is disposed of in the above terms.
