Since, it was put to Learned Counsel for the parties, after

observing that this is essentially a dispute between the father and the son, as to whether before passing orders, an attempt to resolve the disputes and differences between the parties can be made and some reconciliation can be arrived at, Learned Counsel submitted that though attempts had been made in the past, they were agreeable to make one further serious endeavour to arrive at a reconciliation.
