Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that the parties have settled all their disputes and differences and reduced them to writing in Consent Terms dated April 9, 2025. A copy of the executed Consent Terms is handed in and taken on record. An executed counterpart of the Consent Terms is marked as “X” for identification.

Learned Counsel for the parties submit that there is nothing in the Consent Terms that is contrary in law. Consequently, the undertakings contained in the Consent Terms shall constitute undertakings given to the Court. The proceedings are disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.

Needless to say, violation of the undertakings contained in the Consent Terms would lead to consideration of appropriate action since these are undertakings given to the Court.
