2.2) In view thereof, the words “has accepted the same by its Order dated 16th April 2024.” are stand deleted from para No.1 of Order dated 6th September 2024 and instead the following words are incorporated therein.
“has till date not passed final Orders on the same.”
“Mr. Kadam, learned counsel for the Petitioners on instructions submitted that, after completion of investigation,
the Police have filed ‘C Summary Report’ in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dindori, District Nashik on 15th April 2024 and the trial Court has till date not passed final Orders on the same.”
