The grievance raised is that though the contract dated 06.01.2022 in favour of the Petitioner for transportation of food grains is in consonance with Clause 4.2 and 4.6 of the Government Resolution dated 15.01.2021 (page 34), the Respondents by the communication dated 02.08.2022 have devised a formula for calculating the rate of transport of food grains, which is not in consonance with the same.

3 . It is also contended, that the subsequent Government Resolution dated 10.10.2022 (page 107), insofar

as the rates of transportation of CMR grains are concerned would also not be applicable to the Petitioner whose contract is earlier in point of time.

4 . Issue notice for final disposal to the Respondents, returnable on 09.12.2024 .
