crime, an offence under Section 37(3) read with Section 135 of the

Maharashtra Police Act is made out, which is non-cognizable in nature and therefore ‘N.C. Final Report’ will be filed by the Investigating Agency before the Court of competent jurisdiction. The said statement is accepted.

In view thereof, both the Petitions for quashing of CR No. 817 of 2023 dated 25^th December 2023 registered with Wai Police Station, District, Satara, do not survive and are accordingly disposed off.
