In the academic year 2024-2025 in perspective plan, the petitioner applied for grant of permission to administer B.Sc. regular and B.Sc. (Clinical Laboratory Science) subjects which was rejected on the ground that Letters of Intent under Section 109(3)(d) of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act is issued to other institutions.
