This Pursis is filed for dispensing with filing of legible pages i.e. Page 43, 44, 51, 55, 83 to 88. It is stated that page nos. 43, 44, 51 and 55 are Map which are part of Standard Operation of Procedure and petitioner wants to rely only on the SOP. As regards, page nos. 83 to 88, they are news papers cuttings, which are legible.
Considering the reasons mentioned in the Pursis, the filing of type/legible copies of the pages which are under objection, is waived subject to filing legible pages as and when so directed by the Hon’ble Court.
