- Learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions submits
that the petitioner no.1 is ready to put an end to the dispute by exploring possibility of an amicable settlement with respondent no.1. He on instructions further submits that as per the impugned order, the amount of maintenance is already paid and petitioner no.1 is not in any arrears towards payment of maintenance. He further submits that the petitioner no.1 would continue to pay the monthly maintenance as directed by the impugned order.
