The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner without prejudice to his right is willing to deposit an amount of Rs.57,558/-. The petitioner is permitted to deposit the said amount with the office of Tahsildar within one week from today. On deposit of such amount the Tahsildar shall release the vehicle in question.
