Heard Mr. Harkare, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Gandhi, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

2 . Though the petition is filed challenging the order dated 06.01.2024 below Exh.85, it is reported that the petitioners/decree holders have already filed written submissions on the main matter of execution.

3 . Mr. Gandhi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2, submits that the judgment debtors are ready to file their written submissions on the day which is now fixed on 18.03.2024.

4 . In view of the above particular facts, that the execution proceeding is at the final stage, the Executing Court

could be directed to dispose of the said execution within a period of 30 days from the date of filing of written submissions by the respondent Nos. 1 and 2, which is scheduled on the next date.

5 . The respondent Nos. 1 and 2 shall file their written submissions on the next date fixed in this month. The learned Executing Court shall decide the execution itself within a period of 30 days thereafter.

6 . The Petition stands disposed of in view of the above terms. No costs.

7 . The parties shall act on the authenticated copy of this order.

8 . Pending application/s, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
