The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the dues of the Bank are taken over by the Government and the Government has decided to make payments to all the employees by virtue of the Government Resolution dated 09/11/2022. In pursuance of the said Government Resolution, the Government has initiated process to pay all the employees.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that in view of the above process of payment and more particularly in view of the Government Resolution dated 09/11/2022, no cause survives in the

In view of the same, the Writ Petitions No.3161/2012, 3155/2012, 4427/2011, 55/2018, 4423/2011, 7072/2014, 11541/2022, 11543/2022, 11536/2022, 11531/2022, 11532/2022, 11538/2022, 11539/2022, 11542/2022, 11537/2022, 11534/2022, 11535/2022, 11533/2022 and all pending applications therein are disposed of.

In Civil Application No.14761 of 2023 in WP/7210/2014 the applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon till date subject to an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The Civil Application is disposed of.
