queried about locus of the Petitioner to file this petition, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner is a Chairman of the Society. However, the Petition is not filed on behalf of the Society and the same appears to have been filed by Petitioner in his individual capacity. Petition is not backed by any resolution adopted by the Society authorising Petitioner to file the present Petition. In my view, for both the reasons, delay /laches and lack of locus standi to file the petition, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Petition.
3. The Writ Petition is accordingly rejected.
