not forwarding the examination forms of the petitioners to the respondent

no.4-University. Ms. Sonali Sandeep Ambre, Head Clerk, GTR representing

the respondent no.5-College is present in Court today.

In view of the ad-interim relief granted on 7^th October 2024, it is directed that in terms thereof the respondent no.5-College shall forward the petitioners’ examination forms to the respondent no.4-University so as to enable the petitioners to appear at the Bachelor of Occupational Therapy Course Examination in the present academic year.

Stand over to 10^th December 2024.
