1. Pursuant to an order dated 8^th February 2005 passed by the SubDivisional Officer, Mumbai, the application preferred by the present petitioner under Section 36A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 came to be allowed. The transfer of land bearing Survey No.263, H. No.3 of Village Malad, Tal. Borivali in favour of Mr. Ram Kumar Mahton vide Agreement dated 22^nd October 1991 and subsequent transfer in favour of M/s. Hari Shree Enterprises vide Deed of Conveyance dated 22^nd October 1999 and any of the other further transfers came to be declared as invalid. It is informed that this order has now attained finality. The petitioner on 27^th August 2019 has sought re-grant of the said land under Section 36A(6) of the Code. Since this application is not adjudicated, the petitioner has approached this Court.
