This ) Petition is for Probate of Last Will and ) Testament of the deceased filed by Petitioner ) ) Aloysius Sebastian Agnelo Azaredo, being the ) Sole Surviving Executor named under the Will ) of the deceased. Deceased Tessie Lourdes ) Carvalho, said to have died at Mumbai on ) ) 24.06.2022. Copy of death certificate is ) annexed to the Petition. For identification ) proof of the deceased, copy of Aadhaar Card ) ) is annexed to the Will. ) ) 2. Ms. Sonawane, Advocate for the Petitioner ) ) submits that deceased left behind her last Will ) and Testament which was duly executed at ) Mumbai on 09.03.2020. The said Will is in ) English language. ) ) ) 3. Ms. Sonawane, Advocate for the Petitioner ) submits that deceased was governed under the ) Indian Succession Act 1925 applicable to ) Christians. It is submitted that the husband of ) ) the deceased viz. Anthony Peter Carvalho pre) deceased the deceased, having expired on 24th ) November 1997. Exhibit – 'E' to the Petition is ) a true copy of the Death Certificate of the ) ) husband of the Deceased. The Deceased did ) not have any children. The parents of the ) deceased predeceased the deceased. Save and ) except as mentioned in para – 9, there are no ) ) other legal heirs left by the deceased.
