Anita Vaijanath Suryawanshi and Akash Vaijanath Suryawanshi, the widow and son of the deceased have filed affidavit giving no objection to grant of heriship certificate. The petitioner, Anita Vaijanath Suryawanshi and Akash Vaijanath Suryawanshi appear to be the only Class-I legal heirs of the deceased, who is stated to have died intestate.
