Inderjeet Kaur @ Inderjit Kaur, sister of the deceased, had filed an affidavit giving consent for the sale of the said property without justifying any surety in respect of her share. In the affidavit in support of the Judge’s Order, the Petitioner has undertaken to distribute the sale proceeds amongst the legal heirs of the deceased as per law and to file accounts of the sale proceeds with the Office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court within a period of four weeks from the date of the sale of the said property.
